My hard drive suffered water damage and I thought all my data was lost. Thankfully in less than a week Jackie and Charlie had retrieved all the data.In my experience they were professional, communicative and overall great to work with.

The protective case on my Samsung S10+ was falling apart. I bought a new case on Amazon, but could not figure out how to install it. This might seem simple, but not for me! Geek Shop had installed a computer and wifi system for me a few years ago, so I gave them a call. They solved my problem in 5 minutes and sent me on my way. A wonderful group of skilled technicians, whether the job is big or small. Total satisfaction.

I brought in two laptops for repair. On one of them they identified the problem very quickly and since it didn't really require any repair on their part, they did not charge me. On the other one they ordered a part, it arrived promptly and they repaired it quickly. They were very clear in their communications and set my expectations appropriately relating both to timing and price. I would definitely come back if i ever have laptop issues again.

Impressive responsiveness and direct communication of bad news without sugarcoating and useless attempts to "fix". Diagnostics within 2h for a walk in customer. Even without charging extra engineer tried to order spare parts for my device, that are unavailable even at official website.

I have a very old computer. I took it in to see if it can be fixed. The gentleman knew that my computer my was too old and the hard drive wouldn't no longer be able to work. He gave me great advice and did not charge me for anything. I liked the fact that he was honest with me. And it made me feel comfortable. I have a few things I'll be bringing back to him soon. And I would like to thank him again for being honest.

Geek shop saved my life! I was told my computer repair would be incredibly costly, and Peter helped me save a ton of expense. Awesome service, great work, I highly recommend.
