Just had the worst experience ever! I bought 2 items from this store yesterday. The sales associate forgot to take out one of the alarm tags. I figured, no problem, things happen. I went back today and asked if I could have them take it out. It was about 7:58 pm and they were about to close. I came in the front door when the women associate was about to close. I asked if she could help me take out the tag, which she did. But before she did, she asked for my receipt, which I gave her with no problem. I asked her why she needed to see my receipt. I was just at the front door when she greeted me. She did not answer me! That was strike one! I figured maybe she thought I stole the marked-down shirt for 12 dollars. I was expecting her to say something to me after she saw my receipt, she did not say any at all. Maybe an oops! So sorry for the inconvenience. Sorry, you had to come back again for this. Nothing! Not even anything. She then went by the front door, unlocked the door, and did not even push it open for a customer. Right there I knew she was a stuck-up type of chubby thing! The Gap has gone down so much! Customer service is gone! I thought to myself if this piggy ? would just open her mouth and say something and use her body to open the door for a customer, maybe she could lose 4 1/2 pounds. She is like 376 pounds on a good day. This is so bad for the Gap! How do they expect me to shop there again? If the Gap wants to have a good impression on customers, please hire some nice, friendly, and skinny sales associates. This pig's weight is higher than two Honda Odyssey put together. So sad! The Gap!

Lots of sale stuff right now. Store is clean and with staff always around to help. Store is neat and sales are pretty good.

Yesterday,on 19 of December was disgusting cases.I was at the gap at 86 street and bought the coat 6-7 ages.During this time my son was at school.After coming my som it was too large.When i came to change manager who feels queenof the gap,told that i have no tag.then i went to bring it.After all she behave disgusting.She told me that coat is stinking,it is smelled,it is worn.That i come here second time to change the clothes.Though first time i made return and got monet.Then after all I must be appologized,that i will never do it again that she can change.it was between 4 and 5 p.m.Manager was a Latino American women.She behaves disrespectfut to costamers.please take measure!

Friendly and helpful staff members, with great service, the store has 2 floors, for kids and for adults, very good quality, good prices, you always can find something good for your kids and yourself

The worst place to buy in cash the lady in the front told me they don’t receive cash 1980’s unbelievable cero star for this place disgusting because I wanted the birthday clothe. ? I’ll complain with labor department this is discrimination.

I can't believe this is now a Gap Factory. They have nothing worth buying. They don't even have straight leg jeans. Quite is poor and I am very sad. Gap was my go to.

They are ALWAYS understaff at the register. Often time, there are only 1-2 registers open, even though there are many other staff members walking around chatting or folding clothes - yet they don't open up more registers! The customers always have to wait for a long time to check out and it's honestly not worth it. This is the worse staffed GAP in NYC.

Went to shop here a couple days ago and when I wanted to make my purchase I was told to go upstairs and make it there. It was never like that... I would always purchase on the first floor. When I asked the worker why, she said the new manager made it like that. I also asked to speak to the new manager and when the worker radioed it in she never came up... do not suggest this place...

worts ever!!! some of them are doing cash back some not is that the service???and telling me i am returning worn item from my 600$ order they even do not have proof.stupida!
