This Gamestop location specifically is really good. Not only are the staff friendly, but on the days when it's not busy, I've found myself just conversing with the employees. Hell, the last time I was here, I ended up helping the on-site employee with potential sales depending on what type of gamers she'd encounter and informed her what kind of games she should try and sell. I must've been there for nearly 30 minutes when I initially was only gonna be there for just under 10 minutes. It's a damn shame that my SSI prevents me from working, or else I would've applied for a job here.

GameStop Management in all stores need to do something about how they do not answer the store cannot be busy for 2 hours straight I've been calling since time they open till now and all this happening is the phone rings and disconnects soon I will stop doing business with GameStop

Last time I came to this location there was a sign that said be back at 2:35 so I went to another store and came back to a new sign that said be back at 3:25. I came here now to a sign that says be back at 6:35 (30 minutes from now) and both times you can see the employees walking around the store and nobody wants to answer the phone to tell us if they are opened or closed. There’s multiple other gamestops in the area that are much better stocked and will actually let you in the door during their posted hours of business.

This place used to be good when the young lady was the lead manager. Now they open at 12 on most days when the site says 10. COVID is over guys, no need to be open that late when other GameStops open at 10. On top of that workers don’t show up on time for opening, I’ve place same day store pickup at times and went a few hours after and they would tell me the order isn’t ready. Go to the one in Ozone Park, much better.
