Ordered a PS5 from here a few weeks back for same day delivery. 2 hours before it arrived it was marked as dispatched and delivered. No picture was provided, and when I called the store 5 times no answer. If you’re too incompetent to provide accurate delivery guidance and customer service for $500 items you don’t deserve customers

**THIS IS THE ONLY (EVERYBODY HATES CHRIS) REVIEW YOU NEED TO READ FOR 2024 & BEYOND**
Let me just first say that i am a former employee of GS (another location - from 2023-2024) & the store mgr, Chris, for this store & Knickerbocker ave (he has both stores) is the most unapproachable human being & there are many other GS employees (like my prior supervisor) who feel the same way about him.
I went in to return a preowned game that i received in the mail & was immediately told that they go based of the purchase date - not delivery date. He then pretended to call his district mgr (there was no background noise - so i know he was lying) asking him the same question. Afterwards, i told him that he was wrong because i use to work for GS & i also spoke to customer service - they go based off the delivery date. He then snapped & said "ok, you can leave my store & call customer service for this, i dont need to help you". In most cases, a customer would be pretty upset & snap back, but i kept my cool, called customer service, they said they are going to let his DM know about his performance, & assist me in the best possible way with my return (which they did ASAP). & the cherry on top, he was greeting other customers afterwards, meanwhile he wasnt even greeting anyone for the entire time i was there, he was complaining about his stores metrics & how it doesnt make sense how they are ranked ~600 (which is terrible - especially for both stores). In all honesty, BOTH - GRAHAM STORE & KNICKERBOCKER SHOULD BE AVOIDED! Even all his employees that work under him are picking up from his bad habits (which is why they are all rude & dont want to help anyone).
& yes, i've been to both stores many many times - this is exactly how they treat everyone that walks in. Take my advice with the largest grain of salt & you will not ever be disappointed. If you need to buy, sell, trade, return, exchange, pick up, AVOID THESE 2 LOCATIONS - YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

Came to the store at 12 when they claim to be open waited 15min since the gates are halfway down, store still not open decided to go elsewhere

Add warranties without asking, games have the wrong sticker price, randomly closed for a lunch break, horrible employees, the list goes on. I will never come to this GameStop again. I had to walk back to this place to get the warranty removed. In addition, the price on the game was different than the price which was shown at the register, which is illegal. This is called Price Accuracy in NYC and you must honor the lower price. What did the employee say to me? What, am I supposed to know the law.

Does not accept tap pay so I Returned 10 mins later with cash and all employees were gone with this sign in the door. Finally, I returned again and was able to purchase my item but was not given a bag. I was told they are never given bags for customers.

If GameStop ends up going out of business it will be because of locations like this one. Tried to sell me this under their pre-owned policy. Don’t even waste the cost of a subway fare to visit this location.

Amazing store, always answers the phone and any questions I have. Love Gamestop! Also that Gabbi chick is pretty ok too.

They well sell you a DuelSense Edge controller but won’t accept them if you’re selling them. I just think it’s messed up that they’re selling products you cannot sell back to them later.

Everytime I call they never answer but when I go inside the store it’s always empty and they tried lying to me about the policy not knowing I worked for the company

Terrible, zero help. Surprisingly didn't have any knowledge about the things that were being sold. Just all around bad experience that could have been so much better.
