Don’t come to this jeweler place. They being so rude and disrespectful. Very poor consumer service and extremely unprofessional. I ask to them to change battery but they broke my watch in to pieces and didn’t give me all the parts back. Please be wise and don’t walk in.

Came in to this store to repair a bracelet my mom purchased for me a few years back. While browsing the large, beautiful selection, I could not resist and bought myself a watch which was priced even lower than any site online. The professionalism they showed was A+. The bracelet was repaired on the spot and walked out within 20 min. Expert jeweler on premise. Seems like a “hidden gem” :).

The people at this store are known for diamonds switching. If you bring your jewelers here to be fixed not only will they do a poor job but if you have any diamonds of value they will remove them and not even replace all of them. After going back the man claimed he had no clue what I was referring to however SIX diamond studs were removed from my bracelet. Don’t come here unless you want your things stolen .

Absolutely TERRIBLE! The lady in here knows nothing about dealing with customers. She just throws high random prices your way! You need to walk in and buy immediately otherwise she offends and insults you and removes jewelry as your looking at it! She's just as nasty as could be. Never walk in here unless you plan on overspending and getting verbally abused by her! Totally disgusted!
