Open and close times change without warning. No one answers the phone, no matter what time you call. Rather asinine to have to leave a message in order to find out what the hours are that day. Too many times coming to the store when it was closed unexpectedly. Sad for a strip of shops where one closes every 6 months.

I went to Galleria Jewelry to get my squashed wedding ring reshaped after an unfortunate gym incident and I can't recommend them enough!! Ezra not only managed to get my ring back into it's original shape, but he cleaned and refinished it so it truly looks like new! He was also both incredibly kind and honest - if you're looking for a place to buy or repair jewelry, definitely look no further!

This place ripped off my daughter they charged her 4000k dollars for a pair of white gold earrings I thought it was expensive so went to get an appraisal from a family friend I was disgusted they told me it’s worth at most 1k , I went back and the man was rude and said we don’t refund we only take gold I do not recommend this place what so ever !

I passed by Galleria so often looking at the display windows and finally went inside. I told Ezra what I was looking for and he was very helpful in finding what I wanted - a perfect piece. Since then I have gone in for batteries and have always been satisfied.

Our family has been using this jeweler since I can remember. Ezra is always helpful and honest, giving good advice on family jewelry selections. I have gotten everything from my engagement ring to a quick watch battery. He recently helped me find a sapphire that fit perfectly into my antique ring when it went missing! The work was flawless, quick and for a great price. Highly recommend to everyone, you won't go anywhere else.

My family and I have been going there almost a decade now. No need to look else where. The owner is not just going to try and sell you something. Since I have been going there he really takes the time out to find the right peice (and they have beautiful jewelery). Fortunately now we are at the point where if I call ahead he already prepares something and it never let's down. They are the best in the business and we are glad we found them!

This store has always been My favorite. Ezra has been My jeweler since 1999 and still to this day no one else has compared. Highly recommended. Great customer service, and incredibly honest not to mention all the beautiful jewels and gemstones.
