We have purchased two futons from Futonland. the 1st in 2017 and the 2nd in 2024. They are comfortable and have been a great addition to our apt. They are well built and great looking. The delivery was great, on time as promised, set up and removed any garbage. Respectful of the property. Overall a great experience.

We recently used this amazing company to fully furnish our 2 properties in south Florida and our apartment in Queens.Love that they have an amazing selection of excellent quality furniture. Delivery availability. Excellent customer service. The owner Eddie is very professional and attentive and easy to work with. I highly recommend this wonderful furniture store if you are looking for excellent service and good quality furniture of any kind!

My in-laws were visiting and we need a better solution than the air mattress that they were sleeping on. I found this place online after some research, and we stopped in. All of the staff were very helpful. We told them the size futon that we needed and what our budget was and very quickly they found a solution. The wooden part of the futon was great quality and a beautiful dark brown. They let us lay on the mattress which was nice and firm and took pressure off of my lower back. Once we decided to purchase, the manager showed us how to open and close the futon, something I appreciated very much. It came with a futon cover (we got to pick the color) and well as an anti-slip mat. Unfortunately, it was around the Fourth of July weekend, so we wouldn't be able to have it delivered for another week. The manager offered us the solution of getting an Uber XL, something they do often when a client needs something sooner. We completed the purchase and ordered the Uber which came fairly quickly.Once we got home we put the futon together and tested opening and closing it. It's really a great piece of furniture and I'm happy we purchased it. Best of all, the in-laws are happy because they no longer have back pain.

We bought a beautiful custom floor model grey sofa bed from the factory outlet floor. Beautiful craftsmanship, firm yet comfortable and great deal. White glove delivery service was great bringing to her 3rd floor walk up. The salesman was great to work with on financing.

I purchased an Otis Galaxy mattress from Futonland approximately 4-5 years ago. It was initially one of the most comfortable mattresses I'd ever slept on. However, over the years the foam where my husband and I sleep has noticeably sank, despite our regular rotating and flipping of the mattress. It now feels like there is a hump in the middle of the bed. Neither my husband or I weigh more than 180lbs, which makes the rapid wear on the mattress a surprise to me. I would have expected this mattress to last 7-10 years, but it looks like it's going to need to be replaced at around year 5. I'm disappointed because I specifically purchased this brand as advised by the salesman with durability in mind.

Our beautiful Gold Bond Back and Body Chelsea full size mattress arrived with the boxspring today without a hitch. From start to finish I took a chance on Futonland – where from? New Mexico! Why? Because I stayed on the same Gold Bond mattress in my mother-in-law‘s New Jersey basement. Gold Bond is made in Connecticut and not readily available in the southwest – the $200 delivery fee? No problem: because locally the delivery fee and tax cost the same! Worth it, everyone!

I purchased JM-MONTEREY-White/prestige Furnishing Futon. It was not that bad assembling it together. I just recommend being organized, making sure all the parts are present, and taking your time. One piece at a time. First, the back rest was completed. The instructions help by looking at the diagrams. Then the bottom rest piece. Finally we got the the. Monti Arms and finalized the support frame. Followed the instructions and the final assembly was not problematic at all. I then placed a new Black cover on my Futon mattress which looks great and feels great. This is comfortable for me and my guests. . I highly recommend Futon land to any one who what’s to purchase a Futon Bed . My experience has been a positive one!!!

If I could give less I would. Quality sucks! Purchased a futon I had in the past and receive something I cant sleep on. Customer service sucked even more- she literally tried to sell me something to make it better. I never needed any additional items in the past. I wish I did cancel my order when they rescheduled my delivery. Very sad experience.

I bought a futon, and mattress, and the quality of both, are fantastic.Very solid wood, and not cheap, chip wood.Very friendly, and not pushy worker there also.I've already recommended them to a few people I know.

Total Scam!!! I purchased a king size bed set and received a queen set. Mgmt stated they would fix the issue after I asked them to pick up the merchandise. They then waited until after return period limitation was over to tell me there was nothing they could do. They also told me what I paid for is unavailable. So I was sold an item that didn't exist. Seller is not willing to refund my money and pick up the items
