Can't stand a place that doesn't keep its advertised hours! Here at 6:10 PM on a Saturday and they are closed. Takes an effort to get around in this city and it really sucks when you go somewhere and it's not open. I won't make the effort to come back.

Any questions I asked at store, all the answers were “you can look at online store.”-Any other color?Answer: Look online.-The pants that was on the catalog cover?Answer: Look online.-Bigger size?Answer: Look online.She was not joking.I’ll absolutely not go to that store and shop online so I won’t waste my time.This person who works there has no idea of any merchandise and not helpful at all.If you don’t know, you should ask someone else at the store or find out for customer.

Staff members did not go up to talk to me which I rather prefer as it’s a hindrance to me when shopping for items. However they do respond to questions regarding pieces I wanted and the communication was great. Thank you!

I needed a quick outfit for the night and decided to try my luck here. The people the two employees were texting were deemed more important than me, as I was never greeted nor asked if I needed assistance with anything. Safe to say I will not be returning.

I used Apple Pay to check out and the associate told me I might get an email asking me to confirm my payment method because their system sometimes flags Apple Pay. Not a big deal, but when I received an email the next day it said my payment method was declined and I needed to re-enter my card info. Again, not a huge deal but had I missed the email my order wouldn’t have shipped.I wish the associate would have just told me not to use Apple Pay as a payment method in the first place if their point of sale system can’t handle it.

What a fun time was had! All the sales personnel are delightful. So helpful & knowledgeable about the merchandise. Annalise & Alexandra are my new best friends. Complimentary but honest which made me trust their opinions. Bought a fabulous pair of black denim wide-legged patched jeans. Will be my new favorites!! Thank you Free People for the lovely experience.

I keep trying to shop at this free people location but they just don't carry much stock. When I went in yesterday most of the stock was tiny shirts and thermal shirts. They have some cute stuff on mannequins but the things on the mannequin aren't on the floor. The staff wasn't super approachable so I didn't feel comfortable asking. (Staff is honestly hit or miss- I've had great experiences and not so great experiences). I very rarely find anything to purchase at this location. I usually just go for online returns. I would encourage FP to better stock this store! It's the only Brooklyn location. I'm sure like myself, many folks don't feel like going into the city to shop!

Eh. The selection here has gotten a tad more limited and the customer service isn't really there. Associates will greet you and thats it. I always end up browsing and just ordering online bc nobody ever really offers help or assistance

The workers there was sooooooooooooooooooooooooo helpful and amazing! I felt so at home because they made me feel welcome! I wish i had the two young ladies names! You guys was great!!.....no free parking...store is on a busy street...finding parking can be hard

Awesome experience here. Staff was super helpful. The store is small but has alot jammed in.The staff helped me order a dress from a store many states over. Because it was sold out online in my size. Went really smoothly. Definitely would shop here again.
