Antisemitic or at least sympathetic to anti-Semites. I went in to buy some items and a customer made an Antisemitic joke. ("I'm Jewish, I like money," the customer said.) All the staff laughted at his vile and filthy comment. Ironic, there is a mezuzzah on the door.

Old-school hardware store, staffed with people that know what they're doing. They'll have the hard to find pieces of hardware, every key they copy works. Great to have these guys in the neighborhood.

I needed a piece for my toilet, it was the rubber plug to stop the water and fill the tank. I had gone to a few places and none of them had what I needed. Here I was able to get help and had the right piece needed. The person was very conscientious and helpful. This was about a year ago. My toilet is still working well today. Thank you.

I stopped by earlier today and asked if he could create an internal thread on cut pipe - he looked at me like I had two heads. He told me it could not be done. I looked this up on YouTube and quickly found several tutorials on how to do it. I also found several tools on Amazon, Lowe's, and Home Depot. Obviously the person behind the counter does not know much about hardware or home repair and needs better customer service skills. I will not be going back.

I love this store. The staff always provides excellent guidance and just the right tools. They don't try to sell you, they just help you solve your issues. Prices are fair, no more than home Depot, but unlike HD you're in and out in a minute and you always have instant store hello
