Recently moved to Greenpoint, and I have to say there is a paucity of quality reviews on local delis/bodegas despite how many there are (on Manhattan alone). I've slowly sampled them over the last few months, and when it comes to prepared food, Franchesca's is one of the best (second only to USA Deli). The place is clean, well stocked and has a good beer selection. But when it comes to their sandwiches, they do it right. Deli sliced everything, they don't skimp on meat (Boar's Head), and their prices are affordable to the point of being a steal. Always very friendly to customers and I'll keep coming back as long as they stay open.
