What can I say. These guys are rockstars in their trade. There is no job they can’t handle.Job #1 - Spoke to the owner about freshening up an outdated kitchen, so the house could be listed for sale without breaking the bank and these guys more than came through with their ingenuity. (Pics don't do justice how the kitchen came out looking). Owner showed up with his workers and brought this kitchen back to life.Job #2 - Needed to create a house number sign for the new house, without it looking like a generic Home Depot or Lowe’s store bought sign. Owner personally designed and manufactured the house sign in his shop, using Bronze metal and their laser cutting machine and had it installed in minutes.The quality and craftsmanship is like no other.Thanks again for your expertise, talent and creativity.Highly recommend Fortuna group and their team. These guys aren't just your basic sign experts. They really are the jack of all trades!

I am sure Fortuna provides great work - which is why we contacted them in the first place, trying to support a local business in NYC. After waiting over a month to receive an invoice to begin what could have been a very lucrative project, my company has decided to stop attempting contact with Fortuna. Masha, who I believe is in charge of the phones and orders, severely lacked in a prompt response time. I had to contact this company multiple times via phone and email to receive a semi-consistent response.

Anthony and his team built and installed a custom awning for my roof deck and did a great job. I was worried because I ordered and paid for it right before the COVID shutdown, so I was concerned it would be difficult to get him out to install it once the lockdown lifted; it had been several months.But my worries were unfounded. Anthony was easy to reach and always responded promptly throughout the shutdown. When businesses reopened, he came out right away to install it.He was able to install is successfully even though, much to my dismay, it turns out my apartment building is rather shoddily constructed and the wall he was mounting the awning on had neither brick nor studs. It is literally just drywall, blueboard, and stucco insulation. In spite of this, which came as a surprise to both me and Anthony, he got the awning up successfully!

The estimate and the final bill have zero relationship. This company has ripped off my elderly parents. Do not use them. The bill was almost twice the estimate and without notification or explanation . DO NOT TRUST THEM

I ordered an awning for my business. Anthony came by for a free estimate, was very professional, showed all the fabric samples. His team created a rendering, filed for a permit and installed the awning.
