Horrible aggravating stressful experience, I paid for a Deluxe car wash $24.99 plus tax which came up to approximately $27 after making sure my car made it through the wash i went inside to pay as soon as I stepped foot in the store the guy behind the register stopped arguing with his co-workers, ignored 2 customers ahead of me and was badgering me to pay for the unfinished car wash. I paid and they were drying off my car. I noticed I still had bird poop stains on the car. They refused to clean it I went back inside to speak to the same guy behind the register he came out looked at my car then upon the prompting of one of car wash guys ignored me. I called the police. Another customer a man got and advocated that they put my car through the wash again another time. Could be that my assessment of the poor car wash wasn't good enough because i'm a woman? although I paid for the car wash! Finally, they did! good for them. Cause i was planning to take them to small claim's!Services: Vacuuming

The most disgusting service I’ve received. I took my car and my mother as well and the service was terrible. The most filthy is the owner he literally laughed in my face. Don’t ever go in there. Not to mention the harassment for tips. Disgusting place

MEN HERE DIDN'T CLEAN MY SUV GOOD. THEY THINK THEY CAN TRICK ME FOR $$ LIKE ONE OF THEM SAID $20 FOR HIM AND GIVE EACH MAN $$. THEY GOT UPSET BECAUSE I PUT MONEY IN TIP BOX. I GAVE THEM $30. BY THE WAY I AM DEAF. I SAID DONT TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME AND ITS NOT MY FAULT FOR NOT KNOWING I SHOULD NOT PUT MONEY IN TIP BOX. A FEW OF THEM DID NOT CLEAN DIRTY SPOTS INSIDE MY SUV. I LET HIM KNOW THERE WERE BABY MILK SPILLED AND DOG PEED ON THE SEATS. IM NOT RICH BUT I CAN GIVE THEM WHAT I HAVE AND I PAID ALMOST 32 DOLLARS FOR CLEANING MY SUV. SMH! I AM NOT COMING BACK. I DONT LIKE PEOPLE WHO TRICK AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME JUST BECAUSE OF MY DEAFNESS.

Many car washes around are similarly priced, but here’s the cheapest @ $11. This one is done very well for a low price. Details are pretty refined & clean always even with the most basic wash. From Broadway Junction to basically Crescent Id say this is the best standard wash. ?

My car rack was damage by one of the machines, and instead of the worker given it to me he allowed the truck to come out and get cleaned before I knew that one was missing. Asked the clerk about getting a manager and they gave me a number for the store and told2.to call back.in a couple of days to speak to him. This place is is worst

The sign says $9.00 for car wash but when you go in they high pressure you to get full service of $33.00!? In my cars case it was needed as the vacuum and exterior wouldn’t have been enough.It needs complete service of at least $150.00 I know. The issue I have is I was told the backend workers get no tips! They also can’t devote enough time to Really do the job the company is paid for! after their wash I started to additionally clean the car for all the stuff they missed!

You get what you pay for. I stopped in this affordable car wash after seeing a wash an vacuum was only 8 bucks. As I pull in someone very lazily vacuumed the interior and banged my floor mats against a garbage can. I went in to pay and realized they charged me an additional 2 dollars for having an suv (I have a crossover vehicle not an suv). As I came out on the other side I noticed my front and back windshield wipers were going. The guy who's job it was to dry the vehicle didn't know how to turn them off. So I walked over to my car to help him. He asked to see my receipt. I noticed that he had gotten water all over my center console while looking for the wiper switch. I tired to explain that I needed him to dry the center console but he didn't speak English and instead kept asking for my receipt. I then noticed that they rolled down my back window somehow and my right passenger side door and seat were soaked! I went inside and demanded a refund. The clerk behind the register motioned for some random shady character to go out and handle it. I follow him outside and the clerk follows me. They both look at the inside of my car and say "oh this is nothing" while motioning for someone to come dry it off. Even after they "dried" my seat it was still very wet. I did not get a refund. I will not return. You shouldn't waste you money, this place is not worth the headache.
