I can say for sure that the guys who work here are professionals. Despite the fact that I was in this store before the holidays and there were a lot of customers inside, all buying gifts. The guys were working as professionals, not giving quality service. I am very satisfied, thank you so much

I believe the poor ratings are from the prior location, which I believe was two store fronts over. That location was very dim and the staff wasn't too involved with the customers. However, they got a bigger location and completely changed the layout of the store. The ground level is for children and women and the second level is for men. The store is now bright and filled with employees to assist you with purchases.

Strange experience at the foot locker inbay ridge location. I was trying to purchase a pair of over priced sneakers and the sales person the one that looked like a crack head with bad dreads refused to sell to me unless I gave him my email and contact info. So I went to the store manager who looked homeless and told her what happened, her response was oh that's how he acts he's always like that. Anyhow I guess this is how the Bay Ridge location conducts business, only in Brooklyn. Save yourself $40 and go direct to Nike or Adidas online.

Loved it! They have a nice assortment of shoes and clothes and there's always an employee available to help you put, even in the back to school rush.

It is nice inside. The cheapest sneaker was 49.99. Most shoes are over hundred dollars. Hard to find my size 11 in woman or 12. The ones I wanted to try out was sold out. Maybe I might have luck in the men dept. I didn't check up stairs but I think that is the men's dept. The women and kids was on the first level. Glad to sit on the bench inside to try on sneakers. They had Nike, new balance, crocs, Adidas. That's what I saw there maybe more. The apparel was not much and a bit pricey for my taste but it's Nike name brand sweater like 70 dollars. The picture is the sneaker I got on sale for 49.99 at home.

I came to this location around a month and a half ago, looking for some sneakers. I was into a couple of pairs, and first I asked the guy at the cash register on the second floor to request a pair for me in my size to try on. He spoke to one of the other employees on his walkie talkie and told me it would be out soon. 15 minutes passed, and still no shoes. I asked him again, and he Apologized, and he spoke to one of the other employees on his walkie-talkie and I waited for another 15 minute's without receiving my shoes. So instead of going to the guy at the cash register I went to one of the employees that was just standing around talking to someone, he was a large white guy with tattoos. I asked him, and then he just asked one of the other employees to go and get the shoes. That's laziness at it's finest right there! The employee that finally got me my shoes was this Asian kid who appeared to be in his early 20s. I just kept asking him for the different shoes the rest of the time I was there. I'm not even going to lie he may have been one of the only employees on the 2nd floor that wasn't just standing there talking to people. Shout out to that kid. A few years back when footlocker used to be where sephora is now located the customer service used to much better compared to how it is now, im very disappointed.

It's a foot locker, they're all pretty much the same, lol. Made an order online to pick up at the store and it was fine.
