Ms. Martinique B. showed me amazing service. She and the gentleman at the door were extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions with such positive energy, that they made me want to sit and chill. Well, it's also cold outside winter and all. tehehe. Ms. Martinique didn't once appear annoyed by my repeat questions **blocks face** as she understood I was purchasing a gift. I needed to be sure I was getting the right kicks. They explained everything to me. Trend vs comfort and she sold me on a pair that offered both! I'll be back. I kinda have no choice (in my head) because now I've got points to build! Hahaha. Thank you guys! The End.

Great location! Went here to find shoes before a flight tomorrow and the manager was the best! They didn't have my size in the shoe I wanted so he was nice enough to sell me the ones on display so I didn't have to track it down at another location. Exceptional service!

Probably the best prices for sneakers in the city. We went to several shoe stores and this one had the best variety with the best prices for On Sale items.

Been a customer of footlocker for many years never had a problem with any of the stores until I started going to this location I gave way to many chances to this location and this is the last one the associates have very nasty attitudes all needs to be retrained on proper customer service even the security who seems to label certain people instantly watch like a hawk like your going to steal or something everybody is not a thief I felt so uncomfortable shopping here I won't be returning to this location again until some changes with staffing is made anybody know the customer service number to report this please let me know until then I stick to the other locations

I give three star only cause the cleanest of the store overall I’m very much Disappointed I purchase a traveling bag that cost $49 but when I reach home I look at my receipt and it said $69 plus tax bring it to about $70 but the serial number on the Receipt does not match the serial# on the bag that I purchased. So I send my husband back to let them see they had made a mistake cause we was traveling back to Alt where we live. They couldn’t give us a discount off for they mistake instead they was very rude. Customer come first and with all respect I know if u wants customer to come again and feel Appreciated you will have at lease know how to talk to your customers. Not sure if she was a Supervisor but I feel she should of been more Polite knowing they made a mistake and we had to come all the way to that store we would of taking the bag but because she was rude my husband just returned it.

The service was good but they tried to pull a fast one me. I used to do sales. So I know when a person is trying to play the customer. I just let them think that I was not paying attention. All I can say is be honest in every thing you do

Foot Locker train them well here. They know the store, they know the trends and their answers make sense. I know that they don’t have it all and I can find what I like but can’t find my size. But overall Foot Locker are great.
