Eka was great to work with from the start - she was super responsive by email and worked with us to make sure we had all the floral elements we wanted but didn’t try to upsell us on things that we didn’t want or need. We loved that we got to go in a month before the wedding to meet with Eka and look at some sample florals so that we could make sure everything was what we were looking for. The flowers at the wedding were stunning, from the chuppah to the bud vase centerpieces to my gorgeous bouquet. Eka and her team did a great job with setup and breakdown, and were all so friendly and helpful. From start to finish, we loved working with Edelweiss!”

“I found NYC Flower Project through their amazing instagram work, and was VERY interested in hiring them for the wedding. Separately, my coordinator then suggested their name when I asked her for recommendations and that's when I knew it was meant to be. From our very first consultation, we could just feel the creativity and endless ideas from Gus and we knew that he could make ANYTHING happen. He immediately had suggestions for all the different florals we wanted, and when I mentioned certain flowers I liked and didn't like, he didn't hesitate to change and come up with another great idea.
We loved our wedding venue, but we knew that we needed a good amount of florals and creative floral design to make it the garden vision that we truly wanted. Our venue was also particular about hanging certain things and what we could and couldn't do, so there was quite a few obstacles for Gus to navigate around but he did so FLAWLESSLY. With a crazy busy wedding season, Gus and his team always made time for calls with us to brainstorm and come up with solutions to our venue restrictions.
I had shared a bunch of reference photos in the past of our vision, and Gus brought them to life in ways I couldn't even imagine. From the moment I received my bridal bouquet at my airbnb, I knew that the rest of the florals would be unbelievable. Without affixing anything to the walls, Gus was able to TRANSFORM our venue space into a dream and my jaw is still on the floor thinking about it. The highlight of the space was the incredible 'dj garden' space that Gus created – concealing a mirror in the venue that I didn't like, and turning it into a dreamy 3D garden that became a central piece in everyones party photos.

“After a while of searching for florists in my neighborhood online, I struggled to find this shop. It had no reviews and there wasn't even a good picture of it on google maps. My mind was set. The people who worked here weren't going to be helpful. Their English was going to be heavily accented and they wouldn't know the names of the plants they were selling. Boy oh boy was I wrong. The selection here was not too great, but it had a good variety of common houseplants that I was looking for. The owner's English had the slightest of accents that couldn't bother anyone other than members of the Aryan Brotherhood. A few of the plants were a bit on the dry side, but when I purchased a plant, she was more than willing to transfer it to another plant and clip and remove the dead leaves. This is one of the only florists in the neighborhood. People in the ghetto don't usually need flowers, so this florist shop does the job. The prices are a lot lower than those of Manhattan so I would definitely recommend this place - especially since its so close to me.”
