this place is amazing. I recently printed 50 pages of architectural blueprints for half the price that I was quoted from Staples and FedEx. and I would 100% rather support a local business than a chain. Super friendly and professional staff with amazing prices. Highly recommend ??

Quoted me one price for T shirts. After about 2 days the price mysteriously doubled. Told me on the phone that some of the shirts are womens and some are XL, so more expensive. I said fine, send me a breakdown of the prices incl colors, sizes and a proof of the image. They sent an invoice, no breakdown. Where's the breakdown? Their answer: pay the invoice in full, then we'll send details. I said send me the breakdown first, I'm not paying for something I haven't seen. Their response? We're busy, we can't meet your deadline. I will never do business with these ripoff artists again.

I said that's fine , send me a breakdown of the prices, and a proof of the image on a shirt so i can see what I'm getting. They sent an invoice for the total, no breakdown. Where's the breakdown? Send us the money first. When I said I'm not going to pay until I see what I'm getting, they told me they can't take the job. Never dealing w these ripoff artists again.

Great service, no parking in the area, so it's extremely difficult to get in and out of this place quickly without getting a parking ticket or parking far away..

I can’t rave about this place enough. I live around the corner and use them all the time. They are so friendly, so helpful, so accommodating… And they do excellent work! One tip: If you are emailing them something, make sure you are sending it to the Metropolitan Avenue (Brooklyn) location. There’s also a shop by the same name in Manhattan!
