I must have been served by the Monday man, as he didn’t want to serve me, said he couldn’t help, turned my phone over, stepped back and said no. Perhaps he was helping out the shop owner. Anyway went down the road to someone who cared and bought my travel sim.

The customer service is top-notch ? . The attendant is very patient and speaks kindly to people. He also attends positively to your problem and makes you leave the store feeling happy and satisfied.

I had a very good experience it was about $87 including tax but I called other places and it was like $90 so that was a really good deal and I got a screen protector service was great very kind and patient I had to get a screen repair and it took a little bit because I had came in early in the morning and the technician that worked to do it was only there at two so if you need a screen fixed I think you should call and ask when the technician will be there but that was totally fine because we were waiting to go do something else so the time flew by and we actually got in around three so my phone was fixed

Do not go here!! I took my phone to get the screen fixed and when I got it back I could feel that t he screen felt different but I thought it was maybe just me. A couple days later my phone fell out of my hand maybe half a foot from my hand to the table and the whole screen cracked and even ink spilled all over it. I took my phone to an Apple authorized repair shop and they said the screen I got was , a fake screen that was the cheapest they could get possible and it wasn't even for my phone they said it looked like someone just tried to force the screen on it and they didn't even bother gluing it properly! This store scams people also by overcharging by a lot! Save your money and go to the phone repair store between Nassau and Norman, they are the best and are Apple authorized!

I went here to have my phone screen replaced and after about 3 weeks, the screen stopped working/ responding to touch so I went back. The store charged me for a replacement even though they had just given me a new screen. 3 weeks after that, i have another problem with my screen, this time flashing and AGAIN the store says that it wasn't their fault. If I wanted it fixed I would have to pay ($100) again. ive had iphones for years and dropped them many times and never experienced anything like this. This store does NOT stand by their products or services and also just rude in general.

Earlier in the day I had smashed my iPhone 11 Pro screen. I walked in and dropped off my phone and an hour later I had a perfect new screen. Fair pricing, posted in store. If you're local to Greenpoint you can't beat the convenience.

If I can rate a zero I would. Horrible customer service. They scam people off for their money. Half the times the screens dont work or the phones. NOT WORTH IT !!!
