My original engagement ring was broken beyond repair and I chose Fitzgerald Jewelry to create my new ring. They made working with my insurance claim totally painless and listened to my likes and dislikes and recommended the perfect setting for me. They’re all super sweet and the whole process was relatively quick! Highly recommend

I bought a ring in India that had 5 identical marquee emeralds, when I got back to the states one of the emeralds fell off and I lost it. Not only did they find and place an almost identical marquee emerald but they also tightened the other settings. They were so easy to work with, they were courteous and so responsive over email. I absolutely loved the pieces in the store. I will definitely be shopping here soon. Absolutely love this place.

My husband and I purchased our wedding bands from Fitzgerald, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly! We chose matching Kestrel Dillon hammered-finished white gold bands, and I can’t believe I get to wear this stunning ring for the rest of my life. A little over three years ago, I needed to find a jewelry repair shop that could downsize a man's palladium wedding ring. Fitzgerald came up in an Internet search and, after calling to confirm that they could work with palladium, I went to their shop and left my ring. The image of the receipt, attached to my review, shows a $100 charge from Fitzgerald for a downsize by "Mario." I recently dropped the ring in my bathtub while taking a shower. It split apart, no doubt where the two ends were fused. I left a message on Fitzgerald's website, explained the situation, and said I assumed the ring would be fixed at no charge. Fitzgerald's reply: "Once you leave the store, the ring is your responsibility." Some guarantee! And yes, I have since learned that a palladium ring is more brittle than gold. Would have been nice to know when I brought it in for repair -- but the complete lack of a guarantee on jewelry repairs at Fitzgerald isn't limited to palladium. Buyer beware.

I somehow smashed the shank of my great grandmother’s wedding ring while I was on vacation and called to see if they’d be able to repair it for me. Michael said absolutely and to pop in whenever. He so kindly rounded my ring back out for me and offered some advice about a long term repair to look into when I got back home. To top it off, he refused to accept payment. It was so beyond kind!Additionally, their selection was top notch- lots of interesting pieces and a lovely store. Everyone working was super kind and seemed happy to be there. As I waited, I watched a designer helping a couple design their engagement ring and she was so positive and encouraging and patient, and seemed to have some great ideas. Will definitely be returning next time I’m in Brooklyn!Thanks again Michael!

Everyone here is so friendly, helpful and caring. I had my fiancé’s ring engraved here and they did such a great job. Lots of fonts to choose from, good price and great attention to detail. They were super communicative throughout the whole process. I wish I had found out about this place before we bought our rings but this is definitely my go-to jewelers from now on.

Got my beautiful wedding band here! (Pictured above the engagement ring) I wanted a unique v shape that worked with my oval engagement ring. They were so lovely here and not snobby at all. I went somewhere else and the ring they wanted to sell me had a smaller diamonds and was way overpriced. They have a great price bracket here and I'm pretty sure they make the rings on the spot! Lovely place l, will go back in the future.

The staff and owner at Fitzgerald helped me create a custom piece out of an unconventional piece of gold. I am so grateful to Claire and Michael for supporting my vision and ensuring it came to fruition. I wish I could articulate how meaningful their support was, but I find myself unable to express it. Ok, I absolutely love this place. The most reasonable prices for repairs and also just 5 star customer service. I had an antique bracelet that I needed shortened. Sadly, after the repair it was sadly too tight. They then took it back and put more length back in it even though it was my fault and expedited the service. They are a dream! Go here.

Brought my engagement ring in for a tricky resize, I’m in between a full size and a quarter size. Turnaround was faster than expected and my ring fits perfect now.

Had a great experience in the wedding band class with Kestrel who taught me an enormous amount about the jewelry making process and was ready to answer all my many questions. I'm totally floored by how perfect the ring turned out, especially since this class really has a light touch when it comes to the instructor intervention and actually lets the student do the work - the quality of the output is a testament to the quality of the instruction!Looking forward to wearing this ring for the rest of my life!

I went here for wedding ring shopping with my fiancé. They have such a great selection of beautiful and interesting jewelry. The customer service is great too; the person helping us was so patient at letting us take our time to look at a bunch of rings. I found one I absolutely loved and is perfect for me. Highly recommend this place!

Went here to get my wedding ring resized and again to get a diamond replaced that had fallen out of my halo. The work here is excellent and affordably priced. I was worried about leaving it as my ring is rare and very special to me. The service was quick and I was kept informed on progress. I love it here, my ring was returned to me repaired, glistening and gorgeous. They are now the only ones I trust with my jewelry repair. On top of that the jewelry they sell is stunning. The person who runs this shop is dedicated. Also to note their plant collection is beautiful as well. They take pride in every inch of the space, even the things that are not for sale like the plants.
