I purchased a pair of jeans. I’m in France and I quickly received them anyway. I had a great communication with the owner because the jeans were a bit small. After a return, I enjoy to wear them. The quality is very good.

Eric brought an old pair of jeans back to life! I've had these jeans for 20 years and I loved them so much I didn't want to throw them out even though I didn't think they were repairable. But Eric actually fixed them! I can't believe it! I'm very happy!

I had 2 pairs of jeans with holes repaired at FITTED and they turned them around quickly and did a great job! I could barely see where the holes were when I picked them up. Eric was very responsive, kind and shared a bit about how they repair their jeans - which was very cool! 10/10 would recommend.

Eric is super knowledgeable about denim and he is really fair on pricing. I mostly go for repairs and he’s got a really quick turnaround time usually!Make sure to call ahead if you want to drop off jeans for repairs since I didn’t the first time. He still accommodated me which was really helpful

I purchased a pair of Easy Rider D12 jeans from here and I was blown away by the quality and craftsmanship behind them. The details are simply amazing and the fit is unbelievable. Aside from the quality of the product they produce, the customer service is unmatched. If you’re a social media user like myself, and you contact them, you’re speaking directly with the owner, Eric, which I love. So after speaking to him a few times, I immediately knew that I wanted to use his jeans in this year’s Indigo Invitational. If you’re a denim head, you know what that is. If not, their jeans will turn you into one. Lol. If you’re looking for quality, this is where you find it.

Fitted Underground is the best! The work is impeccable. Eric was very helpful, going back and forth to figure out the fit. He is knowledge and personable. I ended up getting a custom fit pair, sending him my measurements. They came out exactly as I would have expected based on my measurements. I wouldn't hesitate to buy again from Eric, happy to have him around in the denim world!

Fitted Underground is excellent! The service is top notch and Eric is extremely professional. Never when I order items online do I get a personal "Thank You!" email or message except here. The jeans are incredible quality with little attentions to detail that you just don't see in other brands on the market. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a premium product by a cool dude like Eric!

Highly recommended. Eric, the owner, went out of his way to get in touch with me and not leave me hanging after we missed each other in-person during a brief visit to New York, and he patiently walked me through the remote ordering process and answered all my questions. The finished jeans, when they arrived, exceeded my expectations and have quickly become a favorite.

Alteration services were top notch. FITTED got the job done so quickly and the tapering was perfect. Customer service was also fantastic—very prompt responses to emails, and accommodating. I will absolutely be using this service again.

I have spent a lot of time trying to find jeans that fit me properly, so I finally decided to take the plunge and go custom and I can say I am not disappointed. The fit on my jeans are incredible. I've gotten tons of compliments. I love the process. We went to tons of fabrics, buttons, threading pocket design, everything I love my jeans.

My wife and I bought a pair of custom jeans for each of out twin boys for their 21st birthday. Meeting with Eric was as interesting as it was entertaining. Eric's work space is a tribute to old school craftsmanship. The Boys had a choice of fabrics, stitching, and every aspect of the design. In no time we were back in Brooklyn to pick them up and the boys love them. I'm going to get a pair myself if I lose a few pounds this summer!

Bought some custom made jeans for my girlfriend from Eric. He was very friendly and she really enjoyed collaborating with him on the creative process. He was very flexible with scheduling and alterations. She loves her jeans, I strongly recommend Fitted!
