DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER SUPPORT I could tell from reading back on some other reviews that there were experiences that were similar to mine. No one on the job wanted to assist the clients in any way or showed any concern for them. I entered the store and requested a different size of the sneaker I was interested in. and before they could bring out the size I requested, I had to stroll to a couple other places for almost thirty minutes. and when I was in the store I requested a worker after waiting for the new size for twenty minutes, they acted rudely and said that another employee should take care of it rather than them? Perhaps if the employees talked to each other, the consumers might not be as irate about the awful experience. Not only that, but the employees a male and female were whispering and laughing to one another as if I hadn't been there and were openly criticizing me noticing I was the same person since I returned a day later again asking for a new size. I have never witnessed such overt disdain and contempt for the employees' lack of concern for either one another or their employment. Taking into account how you're handled, this store most definitely doesn't deserve a 4.0 rating.

Horrible customer service. No one greets you. No one asks if you need help or nothing. They are just bad as foot locker. Terrible customer service. Never again. I see why people just purchase online.

Finish Line experience is a weird one saw a customer load up his bag with coats and even changed the coat on his back walked right out like nothing but Finish line finest stopped the gentleman at the door but forgot one on his back SMH HOPEFULLY they can put a stop to this nuff respect for the staff that day to stop the THIEF ?

Worst service EVER. The lady wearing a black shirt, who happens to be the cashier, literally snatched the shoe box from me when I grabbed it to check that both pairs were correct (correct feet, correct size). She yelled at me that I couldn't take the box if it was on her side of the counter so I replied to her that I just wanted to verify. She continued with a bad attitude. At that point I asked her if she thought that I would run away with the box without paying. I never felt so disrespected in my life. Spent over 2 hours in that store just to try on a pair of sneakers because everytime I had to try on another size (8.5 & 9), the clerk took forever to bring it out. And when I finally got the appropriate size I gave the shoe back to the guy waiting for him to bring the box with the other sneaker. That never happened because they brought it to the cashier so I was supposed to go and pay. It would've been great if they informed me about this policy, but apparently they expect the client to be a soothsayer. If I didn't get up to ask about my shoes, I would never find out that my shoes were at the cashier. The manager (lady in blue) same attitude as the cashier...

Was told to keep my mouth shut because apparently they have rules and new customera like me should know them. Rule #1 when you try a shoe and they go get the pair i was suppose to stand in front of the cashier waiting as if i knew that the guy tgat went to get them already brought them (10 people line). It is easier to let one know thag the shoes are so i can pay. Rule #2 so you cant check to see if they brought the right shoes before you pay. I reached to get them by the cashier to see if it was correct size and rudely was told i cant do that since they are on the cashier. Was there for 90 minutes and 30 of those minutes i didnt know the shoes were there already so i was told since i was stuttering to not to speak and that she was not going to attend me to go to next cashier. I left obviously. Treated me like the shoes were for free. Keep your shoes and the attitude too. Dont need it.

Attentive staff and wide/varied selection. Probably the best sneaker store in kings plaza
