If a signature is required for your package they wont even bother trying to notify you. No ringing of the doorbell, no knocking. Just leaves a tag on your door and leaves. I even left a note outside specifically telling them to ring/call me on the last day but no, just stuck a tag on the door and left. Do your job.

Terrible customer service. Impossible to speak to a live person on the phone. Worst delivery service out there.

They don’t print labels if you already have one, because “they don’t have a printer”. But if you pay for a label there, the will be able to somehow print and accept the package.

Terrible service, I took an Uber from the city and I got there 15 mins before closing for a pick up that I really needed for work and it was completely closed, the employee refused to help me, and refused to give me my package even I had my ID and everything with me, he said he was gonna schedule my package to be delivered the next day and that never happened.

Horrible!!! Terrible customer service. Only one employee. Had to come all the way here because the FedEx driver stopped in front of my apartment and never got out of the truck then marked my package as delivery attempted. I was literally out front watching him, waiting for my package. Then they lied to me and tried to gaslight me. Horrible.
