Fantastic. I walked in and literally 7 seconds later I was helped and 20 seconds later I was out of the store. Very happy I found this FedEx location and will be using them more often.

Very efficient and professional personnel they are well trained and have a lot of initiative at least in this location I tip my hat to who ever hire them my congratulations yo each and everyone there.

FedEx ground in Canarsie was great. I had to shop some paperwork out and they searched everywhere looking for an envelope for me. What I loved is that they went out of their way. True customer service.
