The customer service at his location is unacceptable. I came to print my resume and I was having trouble connecting my usb-c hard drive and the computer station. There was a lot of information on how to print same-day, including extra fees that didn't make sense. I didn't receive the quality of attention for a simple print order. I would NOT recommend getting print services done here. The staff is visibly indifferent and apathetic. Rework the entire staff here. I won't be visiting again.

On 1/13 at 3:35pm I walked in said hello and the lady did not greet back. At the end she didn’t even hand me the receipt I had to take it myself. Horrible customer service and sad thing is thatin this day in age companies don’t care and keep this type of energy in their business for us to have to deal with.

This place sucks. They don’t shipping your package without a ID. I forget to bring a physical one but i have a digital one. I ask the store manager to give me a price estimated but the store manager Nicole literally refuse to help in anyway.

The manager Nicole was disgusting. That's the problem with managers that don't lead by example, they bring down the name of big franchises such as Fedex. She actually said "Im not doing that right now, because its 7p". She refused to provide me service, claiming they have to lock the store at a certain time or the alarm will go off. yet she helped a bunch of other people after me. Refusing to provide service when I made it to the store before closing. I would just appreciate getting the treated with respect like any other customer. Horrible service.

What a great experience...Thank you, kiari, the tall, slim young lady?, she offered endless, effortless help with hauling equipment, etc.I'm so thankful to her, and I'm terrible with names, so I hope I got it right!.I had to pick up 24 packages and luggage, and she helped me from beginning to end and with a smile ?. Now that's service!!.Thanks again, and I highly recommend this location! ,Kenneth

People over there at that place are very frugal with the FREE supplies. Went there today and met this associate named Jossue who was very rude to me and with that said I think they can trained their associate better when it come to customer service. UPS which is literally on the other side and their people are 10 times better when it comes to customer service.

Came in here to drop off a package. It was very clean inside and spacious. The employees were welcoming and helped me promptly. Not to mention there was no line whatsoever. It definitely beats the UPS on junction which is ALWAYS crowded. Definitely a welcome addition to the neighborhood.

I came to the store for my first time today to do an apple trading drop off and I had a wonderful experience with the representative Tatiana right at 9 AM. When I arrived she got me taken care of in Weston two minutes. Thank you for going to great job at this store.
