Had to pick up package at 830 fountain, and was made to wait for over an 30 min in the cold breathing fumes from there trucks. The pick up area is the same locationthey load the trucks. So waiting in 20° breathing fumes only to find out the security never gave my tracking to the right person causing me to wait longer

This wear house is the absolute worst. They always state that my delivery was attempted to deliver. When I look back at my many cameras there is never a delivery truck person from FedEx or any or there affiliates. There is something wrong with this branch and they all need to be retrained.
