The people at this location have been friendly but the customer service for a lost package is incredibly bad. FedEx misdirected a package of mine and refuses to cover costs for shipping an equivalent or offer a refund on the shipping costs. They've also failed to contact me about the service ticket, given me conflicting information, and eventually just hung up on me. Without exaggeration the single worst customer service I've ever gotten from a company. I appreciate the people here but I truly cannot recommend shipping with FedEx.

Great drop off experience at the Duane Reade / Walgreens. Just need to talk to the cashier, and they will be able to help scan the QR code, and print the return label.

Good neighborhood Walgreens. But it is now closed and shuttered.
For all those needing a Walgreens or a FedEx will have to go to 5th Ave and 10th street.

Correcting myself. The place was shuttered for a day as they were replacing the HVAC system. It is open and doing fine.
