TOTAL BS!!!! They should not be allowed to be called a Fed Ex location. Besides waiting forever since the store is understaffed, they would not take my package. Said it was too big. BOO, worst store.

This is not a valid/functional Fedex drop off location. It has not accepted packages on my last several attempts, which is a problem to learn when your arms are loaded with boxes/packages; @fedex, please provide a functional drop-off location in this area of Brooklyn 11215. UPS Store down the street always accepts packages.

Will not accept FedEx packages. Say they are “full” when they are feeling lazy. Stop using this site FedEx.
