I brought a prepacked, pre-labeled package and told me they couldn’t tell me when it would be picked up. They also said they could not give me a reciept. Because it was 2-day overnight and they only do “ground”. Very useful.

I dropped off my at-home COVID test express package on Fri 3pm. While the website says that the last pickup on Fri is 5pm, they did not ship it out that day and the test was wasted.Very disappointed.
