They do not know how to fill out international shipment documents, resulting is MAJOR issues to the sender. This is the second time. I would recommend they do a training.

Had to wait almost 1hr for the most basic printing ask. After 45 minutes of waiting in the store, I’m being asked: when you need this by. When the agent started processing my task it literally took 2 min. It’s incredible how this experience made me feel like my time was worth nothing to them. To FedEx management fire everyone in the store and start from scratch. Worst attitude I’ve seen from the staff in a retail unit for ages.

I had a somewhat complicated print order that needed to be bound, and on a tight timeline. It wasn't cheap, but I found the service to be professional and conscientious and the printing/binding to be good quality. Definitely worthy of repeat business.

Kevin at this store is probs the worst fedex person I’ve had to interact with. I brought in a package with a label and he refused to ship it without charging extra because the tape on it isn’t correct. Had multiple instances where I came to fedex and whenever it is Kevin, leave without getting anything done because he just doesn’t seem to want anyone using this business. Also just generally really rude and unfriendly. Everyone else has been fine. It’s weird cuz he’s the store manager

I have worked in customer service for years, and I have never walked into a store where employees are miserable, with bad attitudes, including the management. Never will neverI spend a penny again on this store. I paid for services to a worthless group of people on this place

The worst customer service. This is the closest option to me and every time I regret using them for services bc it is such a miserable experience w this guy that is always working. I don’t leave negative reviews but it’s honestly worth going to any other location.
