Don't us this drop-off box. I attempted to trade in my wife's phone. I put it in this drop off box. They never picked it up. Its been weeks without the package being scanned. I guess its lost. I wish I knew this before I used this drop off box. Your package is at risk. Best of luck!!

Location on nostrand Avenue in bklyn is very nice, well organized, clean and the staff was polite e helpfull
