Called in to get a replacement electrical motor for a compressor. Samantha was really helpful! She did the research and advised it was no longer being made by the manufacturer. She provided the replacement part and alternate manufacturer. The other companies I contacted kept trying to get me to come in so they could try and fix the motor opposed to providing my request, a replacement. Great company! Excellent Customer Service! Highly recommended!

Extremely helpful staff that went above and beyond what they needed to do to help me follow through with my order. Also great that one of the staff is a big Harry Potter fan which helped pass the time while processing my order!

I had originally put a review of this business when I went into the establishment seeking someone to repair a vending machine. the Treatment that i got which was dismissive and sarcastic made me write a review of the business that was then pulled off yelp no doubt by the management of the business, Pedro G., who contacted me but which I did not reply to. Not all issues can be resolved and experiences good and bad should be held accountable. having a bad review pulled just makes you look worse. Even if I did not reply leave the review and let people have the honest view of what your store is. I would hope that Yelp would do the same as there are plenty of other ways for people to voice their opinions on the internet besides one that censors bad reviews.

The Best Fastenal & Industrial Supply store I`ve ever been to. Very warm and inviting environment. The staff is young and very knowledgeable. This is a whole seller not an hardware store. Many items come in package quantity, so you might want to call before going there and wasting their time and your time for 2 bolts which comes in a package of 5-25. (depending on the size) *Be polite to the staff, they`re whole sellers, the prices are not set in stone, but your attitude can cost you. **Word of advise, though this is a male dominated environment; the women in this store know their ish, don`t play them or you`ll literally pay for it when you get to the cash register.
