HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! My first time getting renters insurance, and Bruce and his staff made the process painless. They insured the quote and billing process were easy to understand. I searched online for a homeowners policy. After looking for quotes I spoke to a representative from Farmers who referred me to Mr. Bruce Kirton. I also had other referrals from two other companies. After waiting for a response from one of the referrals I decided to call Mr. Kirton. Well, the rest is history. Before the close of the business day my policy was completed to my satisfaction. Mr. Kirton was professional, knowledgeable, took the time to answer my questions, helpful. It was such a pleasure to work with him and I thank him and high recommend his services to anyone looking to purchase insurance. Excellent service.????

We were in the process of looking for better insurance on our home. After speaking to several agents at various companies, we found Bruce. His customer service was excellent! He was patient, knowledgeable and shared findings on our existing policy that we were unaware of. He returned our calls almost immediately and never pressured us to move to Farmers. He simply gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. As a result, of his customer service, we have left Narragansett Insurance and our home is now insured through Farmers. We home that Farmers future customer service will be as impeccable as his!
