Amanda is amazing. She helped me multiple times during my shopping experience at Famous Footwear. I also observed her while she was helping a customer who could only use sign language. She's the best customer service representative I've ever met :)

I gave this store a 3 star because I went to this location yesterday and a young lady or could of been a man not to sure was extremely rude to another customer and didn’t care how she responded or treated the lady infront of other shoppers
