this place is horrible avoid at all costs and just walk farther down to the other family dollar a few blocks away, they’re way more polite. clearly it says save $3 on a swiffer duster kit and the manager would not honor it and simply laughed at me while she was on the phone and was very rude the entire time. absolutely ridiculous, the shelves are never stocked items always opened while walking down aisles. buyer beware this place is filthy.

5/26/2022 @ 12pm young male on his cellphone laughing while at work while I purchase a shopping bag and pack the products I just purchased MY SELF! If it's self checkout- why is there a cashier? After requesting my final price 2xs (ocfourse he couldn't hear me because he was distracted by his important phone call) I give him $20 cash and he places may change on the register. I simply requested my money back. Let's make sure these kids understand YOU DO NOT PLACE CHANGE ON THE COUNTER- YOU PLACE IT IN THE HAND! The reason your store gets poor reviews are because of your cashiers!

This store is extremely racist towards people of color me and my friends went inside and purchased something. A few seconds after we left cops stopped us and told us that the store manager called the cops on us because we looked suspicious.

I had many issue with this family dollar, first shelves alway empty, second the manager and employee just to rude and at like kids ? third when return item they try to cheap people like have you pay full price but when you return item it discount only give you half your money like how ?. Forth it alway dangerous like tripping over plastic or black part of the refrigerator being broken. It just too much issue with his Family Dollar. The even though it's cheap it's always filthy. Just all around bad business

There are so many issues with this family dollar that it's hard to know where to begin. Firstly, they don't open when they say they do, and even when they do open, it's at 8:30 am, not the advertised time. The floors are often dirty and cluttered with products and other products are still in boxes sitting on the hand trucks. The employees are unhelpful and unfriendly, making it difficult to get any assistance, and when asked a question, they either ignore you, give you an attitude, or speak in a monotone voice. Most of the products are still in boxes, likely because the staff is too lazy to unpack them. And when you do find a product on the shelves, it's either broken or misplaced. Despite having multiple employees, there is only ever one register open, causing long wait times for customers. It seems like the only time they open a second register is when there are numerous verbal complaints from frustrated customers.

An excellent store for household products has a large selection of cleaning products, cookware, electrical products and food, all at excellent prices. It pays to buy at this store. It's a bit disturbing that they don't have convenient bags for big things, they don't have suitable bags, and even the small bags don't have handles, which is uncomfortable. In short, recommended!

This place is cheap but isn't worth it. Manager is very stank she has a attitude all day long, doesn't help out the customers nor her own employees always walking around acting like she's working but she's actually gossiping.. it's very dirty as well.. don't go here there's always a line of more than 15 ppl because they only put one employee behind register. Place says its open since 7am is a LIE. They open after 8:30am >>> HORRIBLE PLACE ! ×100
