DO NOT GET A VIRTUAL MAILBOX HERE.They do not process forms, do not respond to emails, and do not answer the phone. I signed up for a box with iPostal1 here and it took me writing to iPostal1 asking for a refund to get the USPS form processed. Thirteen days after I submitted it. This is not a business that should be entrusted with anything.

Ms. Johnson was so helpful getting my package sent to Japan!! She checked all of the prices for competing postal services and found me the best deal! I originally went to UPS and they said it would be ~$380 to send my package. Ms. Johnson did her research and through DHL it was ~$160! So grateful for her help, will be returning.

They only has one lady working but it was after 5pm when they close at 6pm. She didn't seem overwhelmed at all and was super friendly to everyone. She helped me package and ship my boots via UPS for less than $25. They're also open an hour later than the post office next door.
