Went to Facets for sizing beads on my engagement ring. They were very helpful in deciding on how far to size down, and reassured me that they would modify the work if the fit wasn’t to my liking.The work was done exceptionally quickly, and their method for this adjustment is truly invisible - rather than beads they seem to have laid down a thin layer of gold to create the same change with a less noticeable look. Facets was not the cheapest option, but the price was more than fair for the speed and results!

Ended up going back here to get my wife's wedding ring. Chris was extremely helpful and patient, not to mention the fact they probably have the best supply of classy, unique jewelry of any other place I've been to in Brooklyn.1000% would stop by here if you're looking for something special!

Facets did a great job with my antique engagement ring! The resizing process was smooth, quick, and had a better outcome than I expected. You’ll definitely pay more here, but it’s worth it to have peace of mind that your jewelry is in good hands.

No complaint about my earring repair- satisfactory. But I found it odd that they required full payment beforehand. I’ve never heard of this (except for fast-food restaurants). When I asked about this, I was given a curt “that’s our policy.”What if there was a problem with repair? You’d be out of the fee and they would have your jewelry.

Very friendly, knowledgable, and professional! Had my ring resized there and it came back better than I ever imagined. Has a beautiful selection of rings. Highly recommend.

- Overall okay to good experience. Fairly expensive and didn't hold their notification commitment.- My wife's engagement ring's diamond was loose and my wedding band needed to get resized.- It was suggested that the engagement ring be switched to a bezel to help prevent snagging and causing the diamond to loosen up again. The cost of resetting the diamond (and potentially losing the stone) will eventually add up to the cost of changing to a bezel.- After taxes, it was $724 for the work on two rings.- We were told the work will take 2 weeks and we would be texted when the rings will be ready for pickup however no text was received. I had to call 2.5 weeks later to check up instead.-

Was encouraged by all the positive reviews to visit Facets for a quote on a stone resetting—but before I could even enter, was told very rudely by a man at the door that I could not wear a mask inside. During December and in the middle of a huge covid/respiratory illness spike, no less! Walked one block over to Glitz Jewelers, who were more than happy to help me instead—mask and all.

We spent $180 after taxes and fees on an engagement ring resizing. My fiancé paid $100 at a shop in a different section of town, but I felt the customer service was good here and figured my downward ring resizing was more drastic than his. Six weeks later, it was slipping off my finger, and I called to ask after the warranty. I learned that six weeks was too long, and they told me finger swelling naturally goes down as the weather cools. We wish they had mentioned that it's unwise to get a ring resized in the summer when I initially purchased the service. They said they could bring it down another size for an additional $100. We were disappointed by the expensive service, the briefness of the warranty, and thought the necessary information came $280 and six weeks too late.

I made a big, unexpected, beautiful purchase here. The owner was lovely and patient as I tried on many (many) rings. I'm thrilled with the one I bought and highly recommend Facets for both jewelry purchases and repairs (which was the original reason I went to the store).

I visited the store twice and finally made the purchase. Pricing and service were great. Owner of the store took her time and was patient until I made up my mind. I'd definitely be coming back here the next time I need something.

Lack of communication and respect for potential customers. Update: Went in to the store and was greeted by one customer service representative. Discussed a potential custom order that I had emailed about prior with the proprietor of the shop. Representative took down notes, my name and number. Never heard back from anybody.I then followed up via email on four separate occasions and received no reply whatsoever. Complete ghosting. There are too many wonderful, attentive and amenable shops in this city that don’t waste your time.

I bought a jade bangle bracelet from Facets and it’s one of the most beautiful jade bracelets that I have seen. Chris did a wonderful job walking me through the different types of jade bracelets on the market and really came through for me. Couldn’t recommend Facets higher. Great store.

I needed my wedding band resized and they did an incredible job. I almost didn't recognize my ring when I picked it up because it was so bright and polished and shiny! I wouldn't trust my ring with anyone else as it is a family heirloom and if I ever need service done on my wedding band or any other jewelry, I wouldn't think twice about going back to Facets! The customer service was great too.Thanks so much for making it possible for me to wear my ring again!!
