Just nasty people in this store. I will never go back some shoes look like they were bought, used and returned and the staff and mansger do not care. Asked a question to a person regarding a shoe because it looked worn on the sole and next thing you know the whole staff was just pissed i showed them and they said its from people wearing it in the store. I knew it was not. I will def not go back to this store. Its a shame because if staff was not so rude i would but they are just nasty.So i get a response about worn shoes but you dont comment on the nasty employees. You say you dont sell worn shoes but you are wrong. This store is terrible. Your employees speak other languages about customers. You were not there when i was unless you were one of the people in the store acting like that. This store is a joke and so is management just from your response you can tell you are protecting your employees or you were one of them.

Horrible Shoe quality and policy , it's like taking your money and throwing it in the garbage . Less than 24 hrs of buying and wearing for 10 minutes shoe came undone completely will be reporting this store. WARNING-DO NOT BUY!!

Rude store employees! They sell low-quality shoes, do not warn that they do not return without a box. Then sell the goods in the box to everyone without asking! You write a review, and they answer you, you mixed up the store. If there is nothing to answer, it is better not to answer anything than such nonsense !!!

i go in here from time to time to check the new stock. The prices are kind of high for the quality of shoe. Luckily most shoes are buy one get one half off. I have a hard time finding 8 W or 8 1/2 Wide there are not enough stock for that size.

I bought winter shoes from this store. I gave away about $50. Wore it twice. Very poor quality shoes. In my hallway, the floor is now brown from paint that has peeled off my shoes. The sole is cracked. They refused to make a return, at first they said we don’t do it without a box, although they apparently didn’t give it on purpose. Then they tried to exchange for the same low-quality shoes. Why is she to me???? I do not advise! Terrible quality!!!!!!

CUSTOMER SERVICE is terrible. There’s two women working there who as soon as you walk in will treat you like you are going to steal all these “Expensive Gucci.. i mean fabco shoes”. I was there for a total of 15 min and I saw the Cashier yell at a little boy for not speaking loud enough when asking for help with shoes and be rude to a women asking for help find shoes. It’s a very uncomfortable environment. The staff needs to be fired and replaced with people who are kinder and actually enjoy the job and helping people. One of the extra nasty cashier her name was something like yeselenda or something like that. Anyways Avoid this fabco.

Very poor quality shoes. My daughter wore them three times and they broke. In the store said that they could not do anything, since only unworn shoes can be returned and exchanged.
