Rude, arrogant, don't bother to come and see the car. Shooting estimate by looking at a picture. Promise to find somebody and never even call back. If you don't want a job just say it, don't be a coward and hide behind excuses that make people waste their time. Probably the good reviews are your friends. Good for you.

I was completely mortified with rudeness of both the staff of the facility, especially the person who is responsible for doing car photo inspection. I will never return to this facility for their services ever again.

Grand Prix is the best auto service I have ever used.very honest they tell you the truth about your car. my Honda civic 2022 all the sudden had a heavy power steering ,strange sound and many red light warning in the dashboard. I drove the car to the Honda dealer and after checking my car they gave me a list of diagnosis .they told me your car bottom was destroyed you must have driven on a big rock.they claimed if I fixed in Honda Dealer it would coast 8000$ . I called Grand Prix and towed the car to their shop. after checking my car they told me come to pick up your car your car is ready to be driven. when I asked them how much you charge me they said nothing just gave the worker tips because it was an easy job the sensor cable was disconnected . Eugene is such an honest man .

Unprofessional and rude. No one at counter, it feels like you are bothering them for going there. Whoever they have working in front is turning business away. If you don't want the hassle and waste your time, Go elsewhere, there are other place who welcomes your business. I saw good reviews on google before going but I don't think it is not true.

I've used Grand Prix Auto three times and have never found a more honest or more skilled body shop. Eugene advised me three separate times on two cars. He took time to examine the car carefully and explained all my options in great detail, answering all of my many questions. I cross-checked his work estimates against other highly recommended but competitive body shops-- his estimates came out cheaper, even a few hundred bucks cheaper than those of up-state shops. Despite his estimates being so fair, Eugene went a step further. For both of the cars I brought to him, he ended up advising me to skip the service and instead just pay my dealership the lease return wear-and-tear fees they were charging, explaining that repair would be more expensive than the fees. He even gave me pointers on how to deal with the dealership so I could save extra money. I repeat, Grand Prix TURNED AWAY MY BUSINESS THREE TIMES and still took additional time out to explain how to resolve my car's issues in the cheapest and most expedient way. On top of everything, he refused to accept any kind of tip or reimbursement for his trouble. Eugene's honesty and help saved me money and headache. The next time my car needs repair, Grand Prix Auto will be my first and only stop.

Brought my 2008 m6 in to be painted after the previous shop i took it to did a piss poor job. Eugene was very professional price was fair and while there were a few hiccups along the way, Eugene handled it and my car came out looking good as new. For the first time in 2 years all my pannels are the same color! Thanks Eugene & Grand PRix.

This place is phenomenal! Exceptional customer service, they tell you exactly what will be happening and follow up if needed. Eugene and Boris are life savers as well as the rest of the staff who did an incredible job. My vehicle was hit while parked and they made the repair painless. Unfortunately I was in an accident recently and needed repairs done on my car again, easy decision on where I wanted it fixed...

A girl's best friend - a reliable auto service! Well, perhaps a few other things BUT to put it simple, Grand Prix is awesome. No matter how big or how small, they're there to suit your needs - dependable, trustworthy, affordable, practical, and just all around helpful and convenient place. Excellent customer and more importantly auto service.
