Rented for the first time w/ EZ Rental in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, and had a very positive experience. The manager Ruth was so nice and helpful. I rented a car for Thanksgiving and it was quite busy, but instead of making me wait a long time, Ruth gave me a free upgrade to an available car. The car was clean and well maintained. Upon returning the rental, I realized I had filled up the gas way more than what was required, and I was given a partial refund against my rental which I thought was very thoughtful --many other rental car places would just take the free gas and not do anything for their customers! Overall, very pleased and would definitely rent again from this location!

I rented a car here recently for the long weekend. Everything went very smoothly and the ladies at the desk explained everything very clearly. Will definitely rent from here again.

Ruth V is without a doubt the most courteous kind person! Helpful to the maximum and so pleasant while being an absolute professional. I wish there were more people like her in the world!!!! She looks you right in the eye when speaking and stays engaged to the end. If you get the chance to meet her you’ll see what I mean!!! Thank you Ruth V!!!!

Came her after a bad experience with Enterprise that didn't have the car size I booked. Ruth at EZ rental was able to set me up and get on the road ASAP! Also, there was some dangerous weather and she accommodated so nicely! My new go to for sure for long trips local needs, and most importantly the necessary size cars! Thanks EZ Rentals!

Renting a car here was so easy and cheap! The customer service was next level and I enjoyed everything about this service! Ruth V. My husband and I always come here to get the rental cars. They always give us the premium services. If we want a certain car they’ll bring it to us from the other location. The cars are always so clean as well. The receptionist, Ruth, at the counter is wonderful as well. Super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this place
