AWFUL! I emailed for a quote and when they called I lost connection. The voicemail that was left to me, from Jordan, was insanely offensive. I will never use this company and advise others to stay away as well, unless you enjoy getting an attitude from the employees and receiving nasty voicemails from employees, all due to losing connection on the phone.

Let me provide some in depth information about this moving company, Allen N (whom is introverted) is the owners son and this is how deceptive and phony he and the company are. When the company first opened after his Father Jerry (Yareev in Hebrew) had broken up with his former partner A-One Moving; he started this moving company Express Line Allen N the son posted a fraudulent review on Yelp pretending that he was originally a customer of Express Line Moving and he "stated" that the move was so great he applied and was hired by Express Line because he was so impressed. A quick education of foreign owned moving companies in the U.S In the mid 90's there was a rush from Israel for blue collar workers to come to the United States and open a moving company the mail reason of their philosophy is Americans are passive, docile and easily intimidated meaning they can Low Ball issue a lower price during the scheduling process of the move which changes on the day of the move therefor the price is increased that is the MO of Israeli moving companies for local hourly moves and long distance which they charge by the cubic foot the day of the move they tell you you have more cubic footage from the day of assessment and scheduling that is the SCAM. Make no mistake Express Line Moving is as bad as it gets. This is only a synopsis of my investigation There will be more posted on google about moving companies especially about the ones in New York. We moved in April 2015 from New Jersey to San Diego. Initial quote was $1400, which after detailed estimate grew to $1900 - still cheap compared to other companies. On the day of the move it grew still more to $2400 + $50 per person tip that moving guys asked for their "professional service". To their credit, they did moved everything quickly without breaking. $2550 - this is still acceptable, and should the problems end there, company would still get a positive rating from me.
Unfortunately, 2 of the boxes (one medium-sized and one "wardrobe" box) were lost during the move, and the company did not seem to put any effort into locating them. Gauging prices can be understandable, breaking stuff can be exusable, but just losing items is definitely not Ok.
It's been 6 month from our move and we still did not get any compensation.

Express Line Moving was the most professional Team i have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They were quick, professional and priced very fairly and explained everything to me in detail. After shopping around even though I had received lower quotes after speaking with express line I was assured that even if their price was slightly higher there would be no secret or surprise/hidden charges later on (with the exception of tips for the workers and some other small fees that were expected) and they kept true to their word. All of my belongings were wrapped and packaged in the most protective way I could have imagined as my belongings breaking in transit was my biggest concern. Their staff both inside and outside of the office were A+++ and I Highly recommend their services if you are looking to move especially long distance. Thank You Express Line

This is a bait and switch operation. We were told they had availability for a large move from Long Beach to Buffalo on a certain date for $5200. When we called to confirm, they no longer had availability on that date, but were available the next day. All of a sudden the price went up to $8500 - for the exact same move. We started out speaking with a very nice woman, Angie, (bait) then ended up with a pushy man, Jerry. Buyer beware! Luckily we dodged this bullet.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I thought it best to warn anyone thinking about using Express Line Moving. I have moved several times with other companies and have never had such a terrible experience. First of all, they will tell you whatever you want to hear to upcharge you and get as much money as possible (like saying they will give you your own truck that will be delivered a certain day) but unfortunately they do not deliver on their promises. I moved from NYC to San Francisco and waited in SF for 3 extra days paying for a hotel room the whole time and paid extra to change my flight twice because they were much later on the delivery than they said they would be. The move cost me thousands of dollars more than it should have. Do not trust their estimates, and expect all promises to be broken. I learned the hard way!

Worst experience and poor management. First of all movers demand $200 tip when they came to pick up my boxes. Additional fees were posted which is fine but took over 1 week to provide me with the explanation of the charges? Driver called to informed 4 hours before they came and expected me to be home. When I called the office, they didn't even know my stuff left their office. On top of that, tried to charge $500 overnight storage fee because I couldn't be home to accept my boxes when you failed to contact me 24hrs prior? And that is listed on the contract that you will notified me at least a day before arrival... only good part about this move was the gentleman thay unloaded my boxes. Will never use your company again and whoever is thinking about using them, please think again.

Hired Express Line Moving at a last minute, they were superb, got there on time made the pickup and the delivery in the most professional way. They accommodated me with over the weekend storage and delivered my items as promised. I would definitely use them in the future and recommend them to my friend and family.

My experience with Express Line Movers was excellent. When I first read some of the reviews (negative) I was very concerned. But after speaking to Nick I decided to go ahead and contract for their services. I am glad that I did because everything went exactly as he said it would. The movers were on time, courteous, careful and fast. I could not have asked for anything more. Thanks guys!

Express Line Moving is my first choice in moving companies because of their reliability and attention to detail. When they delivered my baby grand piano, not only was the piano itself completely covered in bubble wrap, but they also took the time and consideration to protect my walls, doors, and wood floors. (There wasn't a scratch!) The owner supervises the staff himself, ensuring that the move is smooth and successful, and that the appropriate clean-up is performed as well. Express Line Moving gives true meaning to the word, "professional".
