called on the add a man picked up very nasty individual,.. when i asked him about his moving company he said something about my mother wounds then all i heard was blood clots over and over again couldn't quiet understand him so i hung up.

Communication is non existent. Have been told 5 different days our stuff will arrive and then radio silence. No one responds to emails, phone calls, texts. Worst than ghosting because they have all your things
It arrived eventually. But the lack of communication seems intentional
Don’t recommend this at all.

NO. Hired for a 900 mile interstate move, for an agreed upon price. Smelly (really) Russian men showed up and demanded a postal service money order before they would continue. As I handed them the payment the lead guy actually said "is there any in there for us or no?" I said no (cash for tips of course was in my purse) and they began banging around and damaging my stuff. 3 weeks later for delivery they show up with no weight receipt but claim I'm 6000 pounds over and they will not deliver until I pay an additional $3000. They actually took off in the truck from my driveway with my stuff. Had to call FSCMA and they told me these people create new companies whenever they get shut down for fraud and this was one of those companies. My things were ultimately delivered although damaged and included other peoples things theywouldn't take back. I also received a few threatening voicemails from "the owner" who stated in between threats "I will get my f*+!$@! Money" He didn't. STAY AWAY.

I had worst experience with Experienced Moving during my move from Boston to Connecticut. It was just around 80 miles but these guys gave a higher quote of considering the minimal furniture and household stuff. However, their crew who come to pick up and deliver were really very unprofessional. As agreed they should be st source to pick up at 8 am but they came at 12 noon to pick up and made us hurry to deliver as well at the destination. I do not have words to express about their attitude and behavior. Starting from loading itself they started charging to get monster drink for them to complete work and when they reached at the destination to deliver and charged for waiting as well. I had never heard about this before and finally had to pay for waiting charges with big fights. So I PAID ALMOST DOUBLE THE AMOUNT OF QUOTE WITH BIG TENSION. THEY ASKED ME TO PAY CASH WHICH I WAS NOT TOLD AT THE BEGINNING. HOWEVER, I WAS ABLE TO WITHDRAW ONLY $500 PER DAY AS EVERYONE KNOWS AND SINCE I WAS NOT ABLE TO PAY ALL BY CASH THEY WERE THREATENING ME AND KEEP ADDING WAITING CHARGES TO THE BILL. HOWEVER, FINALLY AFTER PAYING THROUGH CREDIT CARD i DID NOT GET THE FINAL INVOICE AS WELL. They did not allow to talk with the person who booked the move. This company is really great Fraud. The crews who had come to pick up and deliver were the worst I have ever seen and dealt. They were in fighting mood and even did not bother to about the professionalism.

Had a great move! Jake and Tom were polite and professional. We filled the whole truck. I had some additional items that I forgot to tell my salesman (Mark) about. Sorry! I had them pack everything for us. i will be unpacking for months 😊. It took the truck six days to get to my new house in Chicago, IL from New York. Will use you guys in the future. I will be having a garage sale before I move next time. Thank you Experienced! Hopefully I will get the same guys.

Had a 5 person crew move our 2 bedroom apartment to our new home in California all the way from Massachusetts. They were excellent. The crew packed everything and were careful and diligent with all our belongings. The move went almost flawless except for a minor hiccup where they accidentally broke a closet door in our new home but they responded right away and took care of it immediately by replacing it. The crew that helped me was led by Sam, Martin, and Eddy. All of whom I would certainly recommend. Well done guys and thanks for making this as painless as a moving process can be.

Peter and his team are awesome movers. They made my moving day as smooth as possible. I have a huge couch that I was worried about but they took it in and out of my apartments in no time. They were fast, reliable and really respectful people, thank you Experienced Moving and Peter for this great experience. I will use them in the future when it is time to move again. Keep up the good work.

Where do I start, After looking around for a moving company to assist me with my long distance move (which was a very frustrating process), I chose Experienced Moving, and boy was I happy I did! Anton and his crew John and Guy, we're all amazing!!! They arrived ready to get the job done and did so under the time I requested. The price was affordable and well worth every penny. I would definitely hire them again and I will recommend them to ALL of my family and friends. Although, a tip is not required I made sure to give them each one for the amazing job, this New York heat ain't no joke and I'm sure glad they were here to help me, and they had such great attitudes!

My father just moved out of NYC and we got his move done through Experienced Moving and Storage. For starters, these guys are the movers, and they will in fact give you a move for 1/2 the cost as mayflower. The packers and movers they got were great, attentive to my requests and hard working. When they arrived here in FL, the delivery guy showed up with 3 guys who did an awesome job getting everything moved. Good relocation company. Thanks guys!

Moved from the East to the West. It is just too cold in New York for my old body. I am starting over in California. It took 9 days to get from coast to coast. I would have liked it faster, but it is done and over with. I hope I do not have to move again it is never wracking wondering if your stuff will make it in tact. So many bad reviews it scares you to actually book. Thanks Sarah for all the help. I am sending you a friend of mine.

Great move. Guys we're beasts! It took about 6 hours to get our 3 bedroom house packed and loaded. One week to get our stuff to Florida and we are all set. Will use again if we ever have to move again.
