this isn't as much a deli as much as it is a banger hot food spot with the steam table being filled with a bunch of tasty looking options. the arroz con gondolas were perfect, and i accidentally ordered goat thinking it was guisado style beef. it was super delicious. the store is also very clean and the staff is super nice. can't wait to come back.

I’ve been going here for years, their food is the best and amazing customer service. I always feel welcomed when ordering and checking out.

If you’re looking for a deli that offers Latin American soul food, then look no further! Espinal Deli is a delightful neighborhood staple that offers tons of tasty dishes to choose from.

I have eaten here several times only because I was near where the store is located. The food is simply *ok*. That's it. Just ok. It's doable for the price ($5 for a small meal). Nothing to write home about at all as I have had my share of delicious Spanish food that makes their food taste like franks and beans. The lasagna today was terrible. The most driest and seasonless lasagna ever! There is absolutely no sauce in it.A waste of lunch money.

Used to be really good. Giant open table with lots of food. Sadly though the quality just is no longer good. Everything is very bland and they barely care what you ask for. Not the first time I asked for a coffee with just milk only to get home and have sugar in it as well.Lastly, if you're not Hispanic, they give you attitude as well as stare at you with unwelcoming faces. They treat the people who speak special as if they're best friends and everyone else they could care less about your money it seems.

They had good breakfast before, but now they have been messing up. The flavor wasn't bad, but they need to take better care of preparation. (Homefries had water and the omelette wasn't cooked well).

The food is not halal for any Muslim costumers. The workers are extremely rude for no reason, they assistance Spanish speaking costumers first. When assisting they always are very rude. The food is mediocre. Sometimes the food is really good and sometimes it’s really dry and nasty. Don’t really recommend. I’ve been going here for like 4 years. The pros is that theirs this one worker that has my order memorized and is extremely kind. They have drinks, ice cream, everything for a side. The price is too high and always shifts even if I buy the same thing. One day it’s 5$ the next day it’s 5.50$ the next day it’s 6$.

As a Dominican from miami I want to love this place and I’ve been here a bunch trying so hard to make this place my thing but It just doesn’t do it for me. Large selection, always busy, friendly and prompt service, decent pricing, close by subway - so for all these reasons it’s great but other than the rice being good, when I go the chicken is on the dry side, the Sancocho (served Thursday and sat) is too much plantain, not enough meat and broth is too watery. I wish I liked this place as much as the other reviewers.

Been coming to this place for years, since I grew up in the neighborhood. Same family owned business, and it never gets old seeing familiar faces. Fantastic pricing, and delicious food that will have you coming back for more. Seating is limited, but I great way to spend your lunch break if your around. Between the customers and staff, the atmosphere is always vibrant.
