Unbelievably bad customer service (Gil?).. I bought the wrong vaping liquid for my wife. Saved the receipt and returned to the store 10 minutes later to exchange for the same priced brand name liquid. And was rudely told NO. I understand the no exchange policy but come on! Is this any way to do business for a customer who’s literally spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars in your store? BAD look.

Avoid this place. The main staff I see here whenever I go is beyond rude. Won't even respond to any questions or speak to me but is always on the phone. He scoffs and is very disrespectful and have noticed the price of basic things being WAY higher here. (The other guy who works here named Gil is very nice for what it's worth)

Bought two pieces from the store; one broke when I put water in it. Went back to the store, employee was rude and had to call the manager. Got a second piece for half off and the same problem occured. Will not be returning. Would give zero stars if possible. Don't waste your money, broken pieces in display case as well.

This place is amazing!!!!! The gentleman was SO NICE!!!! He was very very knowledgeable on ALL of his products describing with perfect knowledge on how to use something wether he’d recommend it and was totally honest. His products are beautiful and he has other stuff that is amazing too. If you need a shop like this don’t waste your time pick this one you won’t regret it.
