Most of your building needs if you're the superintendent with an account or just a regular person with a house or apartment. If they don't have it in stock they'll order it for you. Things from paper towels to cabinets to tiles, etc. A little bit of everything. Parking lot on the side of the building . There's a steady flow of customers and truck deliveries. Closed on the weekends and early on Fridays during the winter.

I was interested in purchasing a countertop. I went in and was so disappointed by the level of customer service I received. There were approximately 4 people behind the desk, not one came to assist me. Can't say they were busy, as I was the only person in the store. When I went to the desk, the person behind the counter was very rude and abrupt. It really spoke volumes. I walked out of the establishment and went elsewhere. If you are looking for customer service, this is definitely not the place to go.
