Solid prices and a wide variety of kosher food and meat. It gets pretty crowded at times but for me it's the best grocery store in town.

Manager Yosie today late morning on Wednesday August 16, 2023 chose to yell and scream at me while I was trying to help over the phone my 99 year old mother in a wheel chair who was at the store at that time. He demanded an answer from me strictly in a manner that he wanted to hear, and when I foolishly slightly deviated, he yelled again. I said I would tell Rabbi Cohen at the community center about this mistreatment, the manager then hang up on me. Who needs an almost 100 year old woman who only spends $25, not $250 at a time. There was no line at the register, btw, and it was a Wednesday morning.Yet Manager Yosie was not able to contain himself.

I love their fresh vegetables and other stuff, but the customer service is very bad and nobody, say nothing even if you complain, the cashiers very rude, I live close, but I don't go there anymore.

I used to shop there often and rated them 5 stars. I spent $135 and they didn't want to give the free delivery since I "only" spent $55 on non sale items! I expected better.

Boruch Hashem! In addition to everything else wonderful about Empire Kosher, it also has a nice and clean scent in which it is very pleasant to shop. Plus, their managers are always working so hard to make everything perfect.
