For over twenty years Gamory Taxes have been doing my taxes along with a number of friends and family I recommend. None of us ever had an issue with our taxes. The place is always crowded which means they are doing something right. On many occasions, I've witnessed employees there having to explain something over and over to the same individual about their tax issue. I will continue to send friends and family here to do their taxes.

Unprofessional and unreliable. They made a mistake on my taxes and I am being audited by the IRS. When I called them to ask for help they conveniently "couldn't pull up my records" and told me I would get a call back in 30 mins. I was never called and they have stopped picking up my calls. Do not use their services. They were extremely expensive and not at all worth the cost.

Emerson robbed me of my fee and never processed my papers to the IRS. I am now facing late penalties and have not been able to get in contact with him for over a month.

Very pricey, payed $387.33 to file my personal tax and $600 to file my business so that's about $987.33 that I spend to file taxes with him. On top of that my last experience was not very pleasant. I had a few questions about my return after I received it, went to the office and had to wait super long to ask a few simple questions. And Emerson didn't have the decency to address me himself as he related the message to his secretary which ended up giving me inaccurate information and I had to go back there a second time frustrated in order to get a proper explanation. I will not be paying all this money to get treated so poorly. Poor customer service.

Being going to Emerson since 2011, never disappoint and this will always be my spot to do my taxes. The service is excellent and very clean environment I strongly recommend.
