Bought my first car from here. Was a novice at cars so I believed them when they told me the Nissan Altima was in good condition, with inspection completed. Within days of purchasing the vehicle and driving around the neighborhood, the issues it had began to show. I immediately told them about it, and they referred me to a mechanic they knew. Told the mechanic that the car would pause during acceleration. He simply told me to use fuel injector cleaner and that the engine sounded fine. I used the cleaner to no avail. I then decided to take the car to two different mechanic shops. That’s when I was informed that I had several issues with the car. From the sensor for the accelerator, to the steering wheel (which did feel stiff) , the axil needing repair. The laundry list grew. Now at that point I went to other mechanics just to ensure I wasn’t being lied to. Every mechanic said the same thing. Highly doubt every mechanic is lying just to make money off of me. Had to get the car fixed once I found a mechanic in which fit my budget. Moral of the story , if you’re buying a used or new car be sure not to buy from this place . As far as I am concerned, they were just trying to get rid of a car that needed a lot of work, and I unfortunately suffered for it.

I recently purchased a 2020 Nissan Pathfinder from Eldorado Auto Sales, the provided service was phenomenal from start to finish. I am always pressed for time, they were thorough, pleasant, respectful and prompt. It truly felt like home; a place where you are heard and your concerns matter.
I highly recommend getting a car there; an overall positive experience, from the vehicle, pricing, customer service and how they relate to another individual. Again, Highly recommended.

Had a wonderful experience at Eldorado! I have been shopping around for a car for a few months and the experience proved to be a little frustrating. I went to a few car dealerships before Eldorado and was disappointed that the advertised price online did not match what I was quoted in person in the dealerships. I was recommended to go to Eldorado by a friend and boy am I happy! Ephraim was not only a knowledgeable salesman but a wonderful person to deal with. He had all the answers to my questions and made the process very seamless. He was able to find exactly what I needed within my budget. I cannot recommend this place enough! Love my new (but used) BMW X3!!

I recently purchased a 2012 Honda Pilot. I had my eye on the Honda Pilot Touring 2014 since last year but wanted to stay within a certain budget. Mark was very understanding & patient. He walked me through the process after a test drive. I was truly impressed. I was behind the wheel within a week. The vechicle I chose is a great fit for me as far as comfortably, financially & spacious. The vechicle was absolutely clean on the inside & no dings on the outside. Not to mention the specs.
My purchase was well worth the wait.

I purchased a vehicle from here and I waited to posting my review to see how the vehicle hold up. Customer service was great before purchasing the vehicle. Once money was exchanged things changed. There was an issue with the vehicle 2 weeks after purchased,had to call multiple times before resolved. Now 4 months later there a warning popped up off and on, Now 8 months it continues to pop up every day,had it repaired with warranty purchased there. It continues to pop up after repair. I believe this was there already and fixed temporarily. Now it continues to pop up. Now I may had to take it Ford to pay an expensive repair that warranty don't work at the dealership. Love the truck , but defective.

I had one of life's memorable,fun experiences in buying my BEAUTIFUL 2013 Subaru Outback with the EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable Mark and Efraim. I knew this was my car immediately, the instant i saw it online, and these two gentlemen did EVERYTHING to help make this happen, even though ...get this...their auto sales are in Brooklyn,NY, and I am in El Paso,Texas...that's FAR West Texas. Together we found a transport trucking company, and Efraim expertly took care of everything accurately bureaucracy-wise, in ensuring I could get my new Outback registered and titled in Texas. He patiently wrote out all details and answered my questions verbally too....repeatedly...haha.Mark has many interesting stories and analogies for whatever we were discussing and I have to say, he and Efraim were the opposite of pushy! I was so ready to buy this car and it is a dream.I wish I lived nearby for the purpose of sending business their way ,but in lieu of that, let my review direct you to their dealership.Mark.....I just start smiling and laughing when I think of our conversations. You truly do your job with so much interest! It is much appreciated, and I'll think of this adventure we embarked upon whenever I drive anywhere.Thank you!!
