Went here to buy a toilet that didn't end up fitting due to the spout configuration. The owner was very kind and helped me get the correct toilet the same day I had the plumber come. He said that the new toilet would arrive between 11-12pm and I received a call from the owner at 12:01pm saying the toilet was delivered. The owner then gave me a gasket kit for free even though I was happy to pay for it. Amazing customer service and this store is clearly a staple of the neighborhood. Every individual inside the store had nothing but praise for the owner and customer service. In times like these, we need to support small businesses especially ones with great products and service. They got me as a customer for life.

I needed a hard to find bathrom faucet spindle 1/4 turn ceramic disk washerless. No one had the exact match. But they did! $40 and I saved the labor of having to remove and install a new faucet. THe original faucet was about $200 20 years ago and it was a custom type brand. Yet, they had the part. Highly recommend for hard to find parts.

If they don't have what you need at at those big overpriced box stores they will definitely have it at Eastern Plumbing everything from a to z and for much less up close personal knowledge of everything they sell
