Sherry and Michelle's service is very good. Whether it is opening a bank account, deposit service, or house mortgage loan, the entire process is very professional and prompt, making us experience a good customer experience. Highly recommend to other customers, especially Chinese customers, who will definitely receive very excellent and professional banking services. In addition, the mobile APP is also very good.

The quality has gone down in the years I've used them. They recently mishandled a payment, if it weren't for me checking on it and calling their main California office to check the status, it would've gone late with penalties. The branch person refused to acknowledge and fix this, they acted defensively.People skills matter in a customer facing role, you don't double down and stare down your customer who just wants to complete a transaction and carry on.If you have business beyond regular checking and savings, I recommend calling the main bank phone line or website to get the proper information before acting on it in person. Otherwise just go to Chase for more consistent service with more people on hand.

Been here many years since I live in the neighborhood. Nothing good or bad about this place. They get the job done. They charged $10 to close the account whereas the other banks were free of charge.

I met Sherry in an event. She introduced remotely opening account procedures, mortgage and many banking services that I even not familiar with - benefits for international students, non-immigrants, and people who recently joined work. She knows what her clients need and how to help them.She’s extremely patient and successfully closing my case quickly. I feel very comfortable to refer my family members to Sherry.

Excellent service! Even I am a financial analyst in other bank, I did my first 2 mortgages in this branch, and would like to work with this branch for my 3rd property. I received my commitment letter very quickly here, and CTC faster than other places. I failed with other bank for my 1st mortgage due to not sufficient communication, undoable requirements for documents. It was So painful at that time. However all the processes here are extremely smooth, and loan officer here is too good to be true! I’m very lucky to know and have my loan at this branch.

Have had personal and commercial accounts with Eastwest for over 15 years. Specially come to this branch for the lower volume and parking. Transactions are usually quick and efficient. I would make an appt with Jessica if opening an account, she is always eager to help, responsive and professional.
