Friendly service with helpful tips on products. Products I'd been wanting to try for a while from online shopping but great to get my hands on in person.

Friendly helpful staff. They have just about any household/HBA product you could want to refill. Would love this concept to become more popular so they could stock some even more niche products for refill.

Obsessed with the scentless refillable lotion! At first I thought I would miss my lotion having a scent but I actually put on so much more lotion now and I'm not sure I'll ever go back to lotion with a scent again. Happy to have this store in the neighborhood!

Real zero waste store but not some greenwash marketing bait in the area!

Love this place. A few things are different since it came under new management, but they kept the vibe exactly the same. I love that every ingredient is listed directly on the bottles, it makes it so easy with allergies. The scents are wonderful- they used to have more products, I hope they bring them back over time. You can bring any container you want to weigh first, or buy their high-quality bottles there. Wednesdays have “Happy Hour” where all refills are 20% off (which is nice because everything is more expensive than it used to be) and always makes me want to come back. It’s so well-organized, and the staff are so nice.

I've been hoping to come across a refill store so that I could finally stop buying new plastic bottles and this shop had exactly what I needed. I was able to refill a bottle I used for cleaner. The store itself carries a variety of house hold goods like shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap, etc. They also had a little small gifts section as well. Definitely want to go back and see what other items I could do better at for reuse.

Love this place! Finally a refillery / low waste store near me! I love the owner who puts a lot of effort into making the place special with the alternative item recycling bins, jar share and great products. Great instagram presence as well! My favorite product is the Jasmine and Cedarwood hand soap ❤️

Was delighted to see a refill shop in the nabe and this place does not disappoint! You can also bring in clear plastic film, old pens and razors to recycle

SO GLAD to have a refill spot in the neighborhood. Everything on offer here is really well curated, nice soaps with quality ingredients. This dish soap is a highlight, it smells like ginger and is really appetizing, which is especially appreciated if I need to wash something mid-way through cooking for friends. Prices are high though, so be ready for the sticker shock.

I came in to purchase a reusable coffee filter and just wanted to give it a review as there's been some back and forth on if these are worth it. I personally purchased the #4 coffee sock and it worked very well, no issues and easy to clean!

I am SO happy this exists in the neighborhood!! The owners are so nice, and really helpful. I have been loving sampling the refills, and I get so much inspo for next low/no waste steps I want to take for my own life. Happy almost one year anniversary!

First time at the shop. Will go back and refill again. Definitely cost-effective to refill and cut out new plastic containers for essentials.
