Not a good man no good service and behavior man

I typically don't like to leave bad reviews of a business but my experience with the owner of this auto repair shop was unlike most. The owner was short tempered and with a bad attitude. He claimed I needed new brake pads to pass inspection. When I asked him to show me using the tool he used to measure my remaining brake pad thickness, the tool showed that yes the brake pads were low, but still within passing range of the tool (i.e. 4mm of brake pad thickness remaining, within the "yellow" range of the tool he used). My brakes do not squeal, nor does my vehicle show a warning for the brake system (the vehicle is equipped with brake pad wear sensors which indicate when the pads should be replaced). Resorted to calling me names and told me I should get new glasses. I'd recommend taking your business elsewhere.

The worst repair shop I have ever went too. The owner, Mr Shaun Garrick took my money up front I did nothing to my car!!! I had to put my car in the BMW of Freeport service center. It took them 3 weeks to fix the problem. The same problem Eagle repair was supposed to fix. I sue the owner in civil court. I won!!! He still refused to give me back my money!!! Now!!! I have to get the authority involved!!! Please don’t go here!!! He is a thief and dishonest man.Services: Vehicle Inspection

I had a really great experience with this shop. Recently, when my check engine light came on, I went to another mechanic who told me I had to replace my computer which could only be fixed at the dealership and would cost me $2000. I decided to take my car to Eagles, since Shaun had done minor repairs and oil change on the car before. He told me that the computer was fine, and the actual problem only cost $200 to fix! I really appreciated his honesty since he could have charge me what I was told before. I was really grateful. I only take my cars to Eagles Auto for repairs. He is good at what he does and from what I've seen, is very respectful to his customers. They also do alarms, fancy lights and radios--it's like a one stop shop for your car!

If I could give this business 0 stars I would. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY. He’s a liar, took more than 3 months with my truck. I’m almost sure he didn’t do anything to it besides change the seats and “paint job”. He completely took advantage and I wouldn’t recommend any one go there! His customer service skills are terrible and he gets mad when you ask him what has he done because he’s had your truck for months with no updates of what is being done. Completely gives you the run around. Never again.

I stopped in here randomly for an inspection on a Sunday. Shaun, the owner, greeted me and took me right away. He was professional and seemed like a genuine, good guy. We talked for a little while I only got an inspection, but it was a good experience And I would definitely come back for something else I need done on my car. Took my 02 TL to them for ah new transmission last year and took them 3 months to fix it and within ah few weeks transmission has same problem waste of money. Took my bmw to get hub assembly change for both sides with my warranty, and they lied and changed only one. You’re better off somewhere going somewhere else that the workers actually care about your car and will actually fix it.

In my opinion, The owner (Shaun Garrick) is disrespectful, and his girlfriend Lisa JACKMAN gets extremely jealous of woman customers. Stay way because the prices are expensive even compared to neighboring shops.

In my oppo the owner Sean Garrick painted my car in which he did a sloppy job. So much so that I brought my car to another mechanic shop and they noticed that the car was painted because sean didn't take the time to remove the car details before painting the vehicle. Like a respectable mechanic shop would. In addition his prices are over priced compared to other shops on the same block. Lastly he's arrogant and disrespectful.

Shawn and his team has given me great service - they give advice that other places don't or won't. When you leave there you are more than satisfied with a job well done in a timely manner for a good price. I highly recommend them.

The owner his name is SHAWN has no customer service skills curses at his customer and also gives unexpected fees out of no where and expects you to pay it
